It took place a week ago in Rungis market near Paris... there were 27 candidates but only 20 had the courage to confront the inspection of a jury under the masterly control of Marie Quatrehomme, assisted by a small committee of MOFs and cheese professionals (both cheese makers and traders)
I've no time at present to go into detail, that's for sometime soon, but here are some pictures of the fantastic products of these competitors.
